Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  You need to know exactly what you are buying and thats my job, checking your new home from top to bottom!

I look at every home like I am buying it myself.

I have been doing Home Inspections for over
28 years.  

I always invite you to be present during the inspection.  That way you can see what I see. We can discuss how a house works, home maintenance and repairs.

I work directly for you. A "normal" Inspection on a 1800 Sq ft size home takes 2-3 hours. I schedule one full home inspection per day. So if it takes longer, its not a problem.  I am there until the job is done. My goal is for you to move into this home and not have any surprises.
