$300 up to 2000 Sq. Feet
$325.00 2001 Sq Feet to 2500 Sq Feet
$350.00 2501 Sq. Feet to 3000 Sq. Feet
$400.00 3001 Sq Feet to 3500 Sq Feet
$450.00 3501 Sq Feet to 4000 Sq Feet
Price includes one garage, attached or detached. Additional garages and other outbuildings are an additional$25.00 each
Homes over 60 years old add $50.00 for the additional time required.
Radon Testing: $100.00 to $150.00 Depending on location. Test results within a few hours of picking up the equipment.
Wood Destroying Insect (Termite) Inspection: $130 Includes a 1 year warranty.
Well/Septic : $150 Performed by a State Registered Sanatarian
Mold:
Air Quality Sampling one sample: $250.00 Each add'l sample $75.00
Swab Sampling: $150.00 one sample. Each additional sample $65.00
