Prices

The rates listed are for a full, professional home inspection including all attached structures. Any additional structures or detached buildings may be inspected for an additional cost.  We are certified, insured and have performed hundreds of inspections.

Inspection reports are e-mailed within 24 hours to the client.  Digital photos are included.

All Payments are due on the date of the inspection.  I accept Cash, Checks, Master Card, and Visa.  

Standard Single family Home Inspection: 

$250.00  Up to 1000 Sq. Feet
$275.00  1001 Sq. Feet to 2000 Sq. Feet
$300.00  2001 Sq. feet to 3000 Sq. Feet
For homes over 3000 Square feet add 10 cents per Sq. Foot

Detached garages and other outbuildings are an additional$25.00 each

Homes over 75 years old: add $50.00. for the additional time required

Bank owned (repossessed homes) add $50.00 for the extra time required.

Re-inspection of an item from the home inspection:  $65.00

Pre-listing "Seller" Home inspection:  Reduce the price list above by $25.00

Radon Testing:  $165.00     48 hour test
                     
Wood Destroying Insect (Termite) Inspection:  $70.00

Mold:
Air Quality Sampling  one sample: $250.00  Each add'l sample $75.00
Swab Sampling:  $100.00 one sample.  Each additional sample $65.00

I do perform inspections in Scioto, Athens, and Gallia County.  There is a $35.00 additional fee for travel to these areas.
